1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Full payment is required to confirm the reservation.

• A booking voucher or e-ticket will be issued upon successful confirmation.

• Guests must check the booking details carefully and notify HolidayKart immediately if any information is incorrect.

2. Ticket Validity

• Tickets are valid only for the selected visit date stated on the booking confirmation.

• Tickets are valid for one-time admission only.

• Tickets cannot be transferred to another person unless specifically permitted by the attraction operator.

• Guests must present the valid booking voucher or e-ticket at the designated entrance or ticket counter.

3. Show Timings

• Thai Cultural Show and Elephant Show timings are subject to the attraction's operating schedule.

• Show timings, performance order, programme content, and venue arrangements may change without prior notice due to operational, technical, safety, or other circumstances.

• Guests should follow the show timings provided on their booking voucher or by the attraction on the day of the visit.

4. Garden Visit

• The package includes admission to Nong Nooch Tropical Garden as specified in the booking.

• Certain facilities, activities, transportation within the garden, or attractions may require an additional fee unless specifically mentioned as included in the selected package.

• Garden operating hours and access to individual areas may change without prior notice.

5. Lunch

• Buffet lunch is included only where specifically stated in the selected package.

• Lunch location, menu, operating hours, and availability are subject to the attraction's daily arrangements.

• Guests should follow the restaurant's instructions and operating schedule.

• Special dietary requirements should be communicated at the time of booking, although specific dietary requests cannot be guaranteed.

6. Arrival & Admission

• Guests are responsible for arriving at the attraction in sufficient time to complete the admission process and attend the scheduled shows.

• Late arrival may result in guests missing part or all of a scheduled show or meal service.

• No refund will normally be provided for missed services due to late arrival.

7. Children & Infants

• Child and infant admission is subject to the applicable age or height criteria of the selected ticket category.

• Infants or children eligible for complimentary admission may not be entitled to a separate seat or meal unless specifically stated in the package.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children and infants throughout the visit.

8. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must follow all instructions, safety regulations, and rules issued by Nong Nooch Tropical Garden and its staff.

• Appropriate and respectful behaviour is expected throughout the visit.

• The attraction reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

9. Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, including mobile phones, cameras, wallets, luggage, and other valuables.

• HolidayKart and the attraction are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

10. Photography & Recording

• Photography and video recording may be subject to restrictions in certain areas or during performances.

• Guests must comply with instructions from attraction staff regarding photography, recording, and the use of cameras or other equipment.

11. Weather & Operational Changes

• Nong Nooch Tropical Garden may modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel certain activities, shows, or facilities due to adverse weather, safety concerns, technical issues, government instructions, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• Where the attraction remains open and operational, weather conditions alone will not automatically qualify for a refund.

• Any applicable refund or rescheduling will be handled according to the attraction's policy and the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.

12. Additional Activities

• Any activities, attractions, food, transportation, or services not specifically mentioned in the selected package are excluded.

• Additional services may be available at the attraction for an extra charge and are subject to availability.

13. Liability

• HolidayKart acts as a booking facilitator for Nong Nooch Tropical Garden and related services included in the selected package.

• While reasonable efforts are made to provide the services as described, HolidayKart is not responsible for changes, delays, cancellations, operational decisions, or interruptions caused by the attraction or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Where applicable, any refund, rescheduling, or compensation will be subject to the policies of the attraction and relevant service providers.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking for Nong Nooch Tropical Garden, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and Child & Infant Policy.

1. Cancellation 24 Hours or More Before the Visit

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit date and time are eligible for a full refund, subject to the booking conditions.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit are non-refundable.

3. Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show

• Same-day cancellations are 100% non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided if guests do not arrive at the attraction.

• No refund will be provided for late arrival resulting in missed shows, lunch, or other included services.

• No refund will be provided for unused services due to personal reasons or changes in travel plans.

4. Date Changes & Rescheduling

Requests to change the visit date must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit and are subject to availability and approval.

Requests made within 24 hours may be treated as cancellations and will be non-refundable.

5. Show or Attraction Closure

If Nong Nooch Tropical Garden or any included show is cancelled or unavailable due to circumstances beyond the guest's control, HolidayKart will assist with the applicable rescheduling or refund, subject to the attraction operator's policy.

If the garden remains open but individual shows, facilities, or activities are changed or unavailable, a refund is not automatically guaranteed.

6. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

If weather conditions, government instructions, safety concerns, or other circumstances require the attraction to modify or suspend operations, any refund or rescheduling will be handled according to the attraction operator's policy.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. The time required for the refund to reach the guest's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

8. Final Cancellation Terms

The cancellation conditions stated on the booking confirmation or e-ticket will apply to the specific reservation. Where special promotional or attraction-specific conditions apply, those conditions will prevail.
